We all know how wonderful a bath can be and now there are some studies that suggest the immersing the body in water to the level of the hear increases blood flow to the brain's arteries and can improve heart health and even memory!
That is just an added benefit and I love my bath time. And I am not alone in that passion. Not all baths are created equal. Looking for the best bath of your life? Here's my ritual:
A great bath starts with creating a calming, zen like environment - so dim the lights and light your favorite candle like the Bamboo candle from Apotheke.
Then add Siesta Salts (my favorite is the Lavender) to warm bath water. Siesta Salts has a relaxing scent and has mineral-rich Dead Sea salt and therapeutic Epsom salt together with aloe, glycerin and vitamin-E. The salts make your tense, stressed out body turn to Jello-O. Impurities are extracted and your muscles are oh so relaxed.
I have to say that when I finish my bath, I am almost a totally new person, ready for the work week.
